Gorgeous Drinking


In keeping with cleansing from the inside out series, here is another quick recipe for a juice. Initially I had a tough time with the taste, but after feeling more energy and cleansed, it is now worth it. I drink this at least twice a week. Here you go.

Apple Cooler

1 1/4 cups apple juice
1 1/4 cups sparkling water
2 tbs cider vinegar
1 tbs honey

I find this juice to be great really cold. Apple cider vinegar is known to help with cleansing, weight loss and pH balance. Remember, I am not an expert, nor a doctor, just a lover of being healthy. These recipes work for me and hopefully for you as well.
